Federal Cyber-Bullying Law Introduced

Last month I wrote a post about the dangers of rushing through laws dealing with emotionally charged issues. In that post, I mentioned that it was likely the Federal government would be passing a new cyber-bullying law soon (because THE CHILDREN) and that it would likely contain new police surveillance powers.

David Fraser and Michael Geist have this well covered for now and I'm not going to say anything more about it. Yet. I'm sure something will come up.
